Our mortgage services

It goes without saying that we want to provide 100% customer satisfaction every time we provide a service to you. This is why we do the job that we do. As a result, we have a number of company service values.

1. We will always attempt to find a mortgage deal for you

Even if you have adverse credit we will not turn anyone anyway until we have looked at the situation in detail. We cannot guarantee a solution but we will try our best to find one.

2. Providing a dedicated mortgage broker

We know what it is like to receive a service from multiple different people at the same company. A mortgage application can be a confusing process for many so we don’t want to make it even more complicated! Every client has a dedicated mortgage broker who will help them through the case, from the initial advice session right up until sale completion.

3. Free initial advice

We don’t believe in charging people to answer basic questions. This is why your first initial advice session is free of charge. You can find out how much you can borrow and which lenders are likely to provide you with the funds. You will only pay a fee if you sign up for a mortgage and this will be fully disclosed to you before you do so.

4. Providing protection for you

The brokers we work with are fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This covers you in the extremely unlikely event that anything goes wrong.

We’ll also provide you with options to protect yourself if you cannot keep up with your mortgage repayments. These are not compulsory but recommended.
